December 1st- advent calenderMy fingers hover over the first window,December 1st- advent calender
Dare I disturber the pretty scene, And realise the treat within?
It's been hanging up for days, Taunting me saying, 'You can't open me yet'
Now the day has finally come, But I can't bring myself to open it, It's right on pooh bear's eye.
untitled2The words are jumbled and nothing makes sense, I try to order my thoughts to concentrate on understanding, But the words continue to avoid me, Escaping my grasp they refuse to be tamed.untitled2
This mounting is too high to steep, And I'm stranded in this wilderness, Trying to reach the summit,
All I want to do is make it disappear, So I can understand. When asked a question the answer gets lost in a maze of confusion, Why is it so hard to put the words together? I know the answer
So why is it always someone else's words that answers for me?

white pageCrimson blood made my page whiter than snow, The giant mess that once occupied my page was erased, By the single drop of blood that was bleed out of love, For a world corrupted and destroyed by sin.white page
Such compassion the world has never seen, Than a man who committed no sin lay down his life, So the book may be white as the dove in the sky, Our pages wiped clean by the blood of love.
